Hotel Season in Santa Ponsa
The main hotel season in Santa Ponsa is primarily geared up for between mid May and mid October. It's during this period that you'll find the resort fully operational with all the restaurants, bars, shops and hotels open for trade.
The Hotels in Santa Ponsa
The accommodation in Santa Ponsa is split fairly evenly between hotels and apartments. Most of the hotels in the resort sit behind the beach whereas the apartments are to the right side of the bay as you look out to sea. The hotels range in quality from one star to five star accommodation with the most being three star hotels.
Santa Ponsa Nightlife
Although not as 'full on' as close neighbours Palma Nova and Magaluf, Santa Ponsa has a healthy night life with plenty of bars open until the early hours. The hotels themselves offer their own entertainment for residents during the summer season. There are Irish and Scotish theme bars to visit. Along the left hand side of the bay, as you look out to sea, you'll find a number of reastaurants with terraces looking out over the bay - a lovely place to eat and watch the sunset to the west.

Santa Ponsa is just 18km from the airport so transfers should take under an 30-45 mins by taxi. There are a number of taxi ranks in the resort and a good bus network runs through the resort.
